At S&S Group Jabalpur, we strive to deliver high-quality AAC Blocks, Mortar, and other construction materials. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refund After Delivery

   • Once products are delivered and accepted by the customer, refunds are not applicable.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

   • If materials are received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

   • After verification, we will provide a replacement or adjustment as per our discretion.

3. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After processing/dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Custom Orders

   • For customized block sizes or bulk orders, no refund or cancellation will be allowed once production has started.

5. Refund Processing

   • If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
